1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Consecrated Sound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the service, including singers, instructors, and developers.
2. Description of Service
Consecrated Sound is a vocal growth platform that provides diagnostic assessment, personalized growth plans, and guided exercises based on the GASPS framework. The platform uses self-assessment, voice analysis, and instructor observations to generate insights about vocal function across body, mind, and spirit dimensions. Consecrated Sense is an optional biometric sensing module that extends the platform with environmental and physiological data.
3. Not Medical Advice
Consecrated Sound is a vocal development tool, not a medical device. The platform does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results and recommendations are educational and developmental in nature. If you experience vocal pain, persistent hoarseness, or other medical symptoms, consult a qualified medical professional. Biometric data from Consecrated Sense is for informational purposes only and should not be used to make medical decisions.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. Instructors accessing student data through the Mentor tier must have appropriate authorization from their students or institution.
5. Intellectual Property
The GASPS framework, scoring algorithms, exercise content, and all platform materials are the intellectual property of Consecrated Sound. You retain ownership of your personal data, voice recordings, and assessment responses. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the scoring algorithms or framework logic. You agree not to share instructor-tier or developer-tier data with unauthorized parties. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
7. Subscription and Payments
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Hardware products (Sense units) are subject to separate warranty and return policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Consecrated Sound is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of diagnostic results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
