1. Information We Collect

When you use Consecrated Sound, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and account credentials when you register. During use of the platform, we collect self-assessment responses, voice recordings submitted for analysis, and interaction data with your Growth Plan and exercises.

If you connect biometric devices through Consecrated Sense, we may receive heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, and motion data from wearable devices you authorize. We only access data you explicitly grant permission for.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data powers the GASPS diagnostic framework. Self-assessment responses, voice analysis results, and instructor observations are fused using Bayesian inference to generate your vocal profile, growth priorities, and personalized exercises. This processing is essential to the service.

We use your email to send account-related communications. We do not sell your data. We do not use your voice recordings for any purpose other than generating your personal results.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. Voice recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. All communication between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (AI-powered narrative generation for results interpretation), and Render (audio analysis processing). Each provider has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data at any time from your account settings. You may withdraw consent for biometric data collection without affecting your core account.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used, but we do not track you across other websites.

7. Children

Consecrated Sound is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
